Can't help but mention

I'm feeling super festive at the moment and was even more so when i received this adorable little handmade pair of knickers by Unmentionables. They arrived in a really sweet round box and would be the perfect stocking filler for that someone special! I however, can not bear the thought of parting with them! There are so many beautiful pieces on their site ladies so go have a look for yourselves!

This is one of my favourites off the site:

Pretty Little O

Today I received the sweetest package from the jewellery brand Little O and couldn't wait to share it with you! I was lucky enough to be sent two rings and three necklaces, which I am completely obsessed with you.

Starting with the Elsa Necklace priced only at £12.99 is a dreamy silver dipped clear quartz pendant with added moonlight charm, or you also have the option of a wintery snowflake pendant instead. I absolutely love the colour of the crystal and as with all of this jewellery, it is clearly well made.

Secondly, the Coven Trio Necklace, with a witchy feel, consisting of a trio of a mini moon, a pentagram and an onyx teardrop for £8.99, and the Gemstone Charm Necklace for only £6!

The Hamsa Ring at only £3.50, is super dainty and ridiculously cute, as is the Mini Moon Midi Ring at the same price. I love silver jewellery at the moment and these look really great when your hands are stacked in bling!

Make sure you check out this site ladies and be sure to put some pretty gems on your christmas lists!

Festive favourites

As the weather this weekend has been horrid, I must admit that I haven't been able to tear myself away from my sofa! So I thought I would do a quick post with one of my favourite outfits from this weeks shoot with Love Clothing.

I am a massive Christmas lover and adore all festive, sparkly outfits, so this sequin dress by Glamorous for Love Clothing is perfect! I adore the teal colour and looks fabulous with a plum lip colour.

As most of your ladies in the blogging world will know, a good pair of black suede over the knee boots have been gold dust to find. I was completely obsessed with the ASOS Ka Ching boots, but were completely sold out in all sizes so quickly. So when I found out we were stocking the exact same boots at Love, I was over the moon!

I must say that however much I love this style of boots, they are not made for anyone with super skinny legs. The top of the boots were really baggy on my legs and I couldn't actually justify getting them as they were just too big and I wanted to be able to wear the boots with bare legs and baggy jumpers, not just tights and trousers. For the shoot I wore a pair of thick over the knee boots to keep them up!

As we were lacking accessories at Love, we recently teamed up with Crown and Glory who have supplied us with several beautiful floral head crowns to style with out shoots. They are all handmade and so pretty! These are perfect gifts for anyone who loves flowers, glitter and head accessory cuteness!

My Beauty Must Haves

So this week I was contacted by a couple of people asking what make up and skin care regime I use so I thought I'd write a quick post and tag up some of my favourite products. I am already planning to do a post later on in the week about all my make up and my favourite products detailing what brushes I use etc but for now, I have just added an image which includes some of my must haves.

I absolutely love dewy skin, (even though these images look more matte), and so recently I tried out No. 7 Radiance Booster. For application you smooth the cream over your face and then get a hot wet cloth and lay it directly onto your face. This opens up your pours, giving a deep cleanse and really boost natural glowy shine.  I found it super relaxing and really simple directions to follow, and would strongly recommend.

After taking any make up off I always like to use a facial soap to remove all remaining make up and oil from my skin. Clinique Liquid Facial Soap smells amazing and always gets off all those hard to remove left over bits of foundation.

One thing I have always struggled with most is dark circles under my eyes and I found that Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream is great for coverage and is great to layer under foundation. It's so creamy and not sticky like a concealer.

If i'm completely honest, I like a foundation with a thicker coverage as I am pretty pale and like to hide that! But sometimes it's nice to just go into work and not have to worry about doing a full face of makeup in the morning. Garnier BB Cream is the answer for a quick even skin tone, illuminate, and imperfections coverage without the cakeyness.

I was recently lucky enough to be contact by the beautiful Kaila Jones who has introduced me to my new all time favourite mascara Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes. Using Transplanting Gel and Natural Fibers, these help to create the appearance of incredible thickness and volume to existing lashes. It took me a couple of goes to get used to the product as it is easy to overload the lashes but now I have mastered it, I don't know what I did without it! It's nice to not always have to rely on false lashes for a dramatic and full effect.

If there is anything you would like to know or anything you would like for me to post, please feel free to ask me in comments below!

Perfectly Plaid

Since I announced that I am getting back into blogging I have been contacted by some lovely people who wanted to send me some gorgeous items to review. Luckily all three items went together perfectly for this post and I am so pleased with all of them!

Firstly from LYDC London this gorgeous plaid skirt in black and white, which features two small zips at the front a longer zip down the back. It's so festive and fits like a glove and a perfect skirt for a family day out at the weekends! I teamed it with a plain grey turtle neck for a cosy, winter look.

Secondly, also from LYDC London, this beautiful clutch bag by Anna Smith with long gold strap. It's labeled as Grey & Black but it is more of a neutral/beige colour and goes well with pretty much everything! I love all the separate compartments inside the bag, including a zip compartment in the fold over, as i'm sure most of you girls can relate, I carry practically everything around with my but the kitchen sink!

Lastly, but by no means least, these amazing over the knee suede boots by Spy Love Buy! I have only had these boots for a couple of days but I have refused to take them off! They are so comfortable and not to mention warm! I have been obsessing over the Asos, Schuh & RiverIsland over the knee boots for a few weeks now but it's really nice to have a pair of flat boots for shopping and casual trips out.

The lovely people at Spy Love Buy and I have come up with the fantastic idea of offering all my lovely followers the chance to win this exact style of boots! The competition will be posted within the next week or two so keep your eyed peeled!

For Love & Lemons: "Winter Wonderland"

Gillian Mahin and Laura Hall are the absolute masterminds behind yet another incredible collection for their beautiful clothing store: For Love & Lemons.

This Second KNITZ collection is anything but conventional – rebelling against the standards of modern society. The line taunts with intrigue as a clash of colors and patterns are evoked by chic separates and devious dresses. Where the modern gypsy is punk, For Love & Lemons is a brand to relate to, for the girl that doesn't follow trends, she makes them.

You can envision different scenarios of where you would be wearing these cozy pieces. Like sitting next to a fire in a snow blizzard curled up in our oversized sweaters, or reading a book in a cafe in a cool wintery city layered in the snuggly pieces.
